Top 5 Website Builders in 2022

Website builders have gotten really good over the last numerous times. These days I just use a website builder if I am creating a website for small businesses or an online store or a portfolio or a blog. It's just easier and faster to use a website builder now there are a whole bunch of website builders you could use. Here we are going to talk about the five that I recommend, of these five Squarespace and Shopify are my top recommendations but the others have unique strengths that will work well for the right type of user.

Let's start with Squarespace

I largely recommend Squarespace, it's the website builder I most constantly choose for my particular systems. Squarespace is like the apple of website builders, its intuitive and graciously designed interface lets you produce runners by adding sections or you could also just add individual rudiments. There is a lot erected into Squarespace, they've excellent blogging strong-commerce appointment scheduling and a whole lot more. Squarespace is presumably most known for its excellent templates. Beauty is private to a degree of course but I suppose they have the swish templates of any website builder you will presumably notice a harmonious look and feel of bold typography, white space and lots of room for photography. Customizing your template is easy so let's say we wanted to add our brand colours, we just edit the colour palette and the colours are applied automatically and that's as far as we'd need to go but if you're someone who likes control, Squarespace lets you dig a little deeper to specifically control where those colours are applied so that's Squarespace I suppose. It's the swish overall website builder and I largely recommend it.

Next, let's look at Shopify

Now Squarespace, Webflow, square online and WiX are website builders for all kinds of websites portfolios blogs small business websites eCommerce and a bunch more but Shopify is only for one kind of website to build eCommerce websites because of that focus, they're also what I'd recommend if you're erecting an online store especially if it's a sophisticated online store, Shopify is your best choice. You've presumably noticed that Shopify is not a drag and drop website builder like Squarespace it's a little lower easy to use and the verity is Shopify has a knowledge wind but there is a reason for that Shopify is really important and if you are erecting an online store, Shopify can add apps from their app store, these apps range from gift mantle upsells to back in stock adverts to original delivery, Shopify has far more apps than their contenders and their lead in apps is just getting bigger.

Apps are important because not every online store will need gift wrap up cells so you don't want to include gift mantle up cell options in the Shopify core because the core would get super bloated for illustration. By comparison, Shopify's editor is clean and straightforward. Shopify also has a track record of launching innovative features like Shopify payments, their own payment processor. Shopify fulfilment, which takes care of packing and shipping products or Shopify AR, which lets guests look at products in augmented reality. Overall I recommend Shopify if you are erecting an online store.

Next over is Webflow

Webflow is what I'd recommend if you'd like to design your own theme from scrape, this is the editor it's not a template the pivotal thing to understand is that Webflow gives you the strictness of anterior-end law without actually taking you to learn to crack. Webflow is just taking the

parcels and organizing them into an interface. The other great thing is that Webflow

includes cms. I'll say Webflow has a knowledge wind so it will surely help if you understand the fundamentals of web design.

Next up is square online(Weebly)

Two quick notes, first of all, the Square is a different company from Squarespace. I know it's confusing. Secondly, Weebly was acquired by square numerous times ago so if you know Weebly just suppose of them now as square. Square online's editor is simple and easy to use but it's not super customizable. You make runners by adding sections now within the section, you can toggle individual rudiments on or off but you can't actually add any new rudiments, rather you'd need to find a different section. The reason I recommend this is because it's easy to use and they also have excellent-commerce features, especially for original businesses. So if you need a point-of-trade, delivery appointment, scheduling or curbside pickup, Square online has great support for that.

Next, we head over to WiX

The most important difference between WiX and other website builders is that WiX is an unstructured editor so you can snare any element and move it anywhere on the runner.

I will be honest I'm not a huge addict of the unstructured editor. For me, it gets complicated but for the right type of person, I could imagine this is exactly what they're looking for. WiX presumably has the widest point set of any website builder, they have a ton of rudiments, you can add to your website and sophisticated features like café ordering music distribution appointment scheduling and further they also have a huge selection of themes though the quality can be inconsistent. Some themes are modern while others are more outdated.

Okay, there you go, my top five website builders to close, let's snappily take a look at the pricing. We can not provide the comparison chart because the prices keep changing from time to time but here's a quick analysis. For plans with no announcements and unlimited bandwidth, you will see that Squarespace, Webflow and square online have the lowest monthly price. WiX is a bit more precious. Shopify is the most precious but that is because Shopify is only frontward-commerce.

So let's change the chart to look at the lowest monthly price for e-commerce plans with no trade freight. Now square online is the cheapest and it turns out Webflow's cheapest e-commerce plan with no trade freights is super precious.

Overall WiX, Shopify and Squarespace are my top 3 out of these 5 website builders to use in 2022.
